The UNDERSIGNED (renter), for and in consideration of the privilege of renting a cabin from Dale Hollow Cabins, hereby assumes responsibility for said cabin, the occupants and the contents.
The UNDERSIGNED further waives and relinquishes any and all claims for damage and assumes all risks for injury or loss of any kind, character or description, against Dale Hollow Cabins, it's successors, or assigns, it's officers, agents or employees, arising out of injury, damages or loss either to person or property of the UNDERSIGNED or any guest in said cabin.

Rental of this cabin constitutes understanding of the following policies:

1.) No pets allowed.

2.) NO charcoal or gas grills allowed on or in cabins. Charcoal grills are provided near your cabin.

3.) The use of fireworks on rental property is strictly prohibited.

4.) No loud noises, parties, or celebrations allowed. After 10:00 pm, a state of quietness shall prevail.

5.) Please do not clean fish in cabin or on cabin porches.

6.) The security/damage deposit will be returned to you upon checkout provided the accommodation is left in an acceptable condition.
